Et félicitation pour le lancement de ce blog.
Le colloque de Lyon et votre rencontre ( et d’autres) et le brf a révolutionné mon approche sur les bassins versants et autres items.
Je m’inquiétais de ne plus voir ou lire ou correspondre sur ce sujet. Donc vous travaillais dur au vu du résultat.

Je vois que tu as encore fourni un travail colossal. Je te félicite chaudement.

Pour ma part, je termine mes études d’économie demain matin (si tout va bien…). Je vais enfin pouvoir respirer, me remettre au sport et faire un peu de botanique !

Je t’avais proposé de participer aux formations de l’ITAN. Je n’ai pas du tout laissé tombé le projet. Mais je voulais mieux structurer la chose. Je souhaite que les cours soient assurés par la société Evania RH. Malheureusement, je ne suis pas arrivé à faire agréer Evania RH comme centre de formation sur Versailles. Je suis donc en train de la déplacer à Saint Nazaire.

Je vois qu’en 2009, la société Terre en sève a bien démarré mais que cela n’a pas été simple. Il faudrait qu’on en parle.

Bonjour Gilles,

cela fait à peu près 1 an et demi que je creuse mon idée pour créer ma petite ferme orientée maraichage.

C une reconversion totale.

Pour accéder au foncier et à quelques aides je passe par correspondance un Bac Pro Production Horti. Mais surtout, j’en profite pour faire des stages (2 à 3 jour par semaine).

J’ai découvert un jour la notion de Permaculture, puis celle de culture sur butte permanente, et enfin celle de BRF. Après un petit module d’initiation avec l’association A fleur de Pierre & Gesper, j’ai obtenu ton blog lors de sa création.

Tout cela me passionne.

Je n’ai pas de site pour lancer des expérimentations et je souhaite pouvoir faire vivre ma famille avec mon projet de maraichage.

J’aimerais vraiment trouver un site ou je pourrais constater et apprendre le maraichage « sol vivant » (pour reprendre ton expression).
La butte permanente me semble très intéressante (j’ai éplucher le site très détaillé de Richard Walner – Au petit Colibri. C’est très intéressant, mais son « BREFT » me semble bien laborieux à élaborer pour le mulch, et le paillage… il faudrait le produire soi car c’est devenu hors de prix.

A un moment j’ai cru possible de faire des but permanentes avec un mulch de BRF.
Après lecture du livre de Jack Dupety, cela me semble peu approprié (problème du réchauffement de la terre, etc.)

Si tu as un avis sur mes « recherches »…

De toute façon en parcourant ton Blog je pense que j’apprendrai pas mal de chose encore…

Je rêve d’un système magique, mais j’ai bien concience qu’il va falloir faire avec la terre que je trouverai…

Bonjour et merci pour ce site très instructif que je parcoure seulement depuis 15 jours et qui me passionne.Je suis de la Creuse(en creuse vacances heureuses!)et je fais du couvert végétal depuis 4 ans(trèfle incarnat ou moutarde derrière les pommes de terre)et cette année je vais tester certaines pratiques de Gilles à savoir le couvert avec toutes sortes de déchets végétaux dans le but d’ensemencer plus tard ;il m’est souvent arrivé d’étendre de l’herbe de tonte pour empêcher la pelouse de pousser à certains endroits et le résultat était une bouillie gluante et odorante venant surement du fait que l’épaisseur d’herbe de tonte était trop importante.Cette année j’ai testé le carton:1 carton,des branchages,des herbes arrachées au parterre de fleurs et de la tonte de pelouse et ma question est là:Quelle épaisseur d’herbe de tonte pour ne pas que ça repousse dessous et aussi que je n’ai pas cette « soupe » qui ,à mon avis,azote trop mon terrain sur une petite surface????

Ce qui fait la « soupe », comme tu dis, c’est surtout la taille des brins d’herbes. Si tu attends que l’herbe soit suffisamment haute pour tondre, voire faucher, tu aura des brins d’une dizaine de cm qui ne vont pas prendre en bouilli mais plutôt faire un intermédiaire entre tes tontes et du foin.

Le tourteau de ricin à d’abord un effet répulsif et il est entièrement biodégradable. S’il y a vraiment un problème de rongeur ça reste la solution la plus simple à mettre en oeuvre. En parallèle il est bien sûr important de favoriser la présence des prédateurs : couleuvres, rapaces diurnes et nocturnes, renards, fouines…

Je vais semer cet hivers des glands doux de Quercus ilex ainsi que des glands d’arbres voisins,je suis en périgord noir. A quel moment pensez vous intéressant d’apporter des mycorhizes si cela vous parait utile; je voudrait faire ces semis sur des zones enherbées et encore destinées à la fenaison sans intrant depuis des dizaines d’années et cela dans le but de créer un maillage type bocager .
